  • We get on a call, learn how you operate, and set everything up — your booking page, your payments, your cancellation policy. Your clients book and pay through your personal link. When something comes up, we handle it. You get a clear picture of how your practice is doing without having to track it yourself.

  • If you're tired of managing your schedule over text, chasing people to pay, and having no real idea whether things are growing — yes. If you just want a cheap app you can set up yourself, we're probably not the right fit.

  • Yes. We use Stripe for all payments — it's the same processor used by major companies and holds the highest security certification available. We never store your bank account number, SSN, or card details.

How it Works

  • We keep your schedule running. We manage bookings, handle rescheduling when clients need to move things, enforce your cancellation policy, and try to fill any open slots before they go to waste. We also keep an eye on which clients haven't been booking and flag them before they disappear.

  • We use Acuity for booking and scheduling, and your profile lives on our coach directory so local families can find you. But there are real people on our team managing your calendar and handling client communication — it's not just an app waiting for you to log in.

  • Yes, if you have open availability. Some coaches accept same-day bookings, while others prefer advance notice. You control your booking requirements.

    • Update your bio or coaching philosophy

    • Add new certifications or credentials

    • Change your rates

    • Update your photo

    • Modify your cancellation policy

    • Add package deals or promotions

    We'll make updates within 48 hours.

  • Yes. We'll send you email confirmations for all bookings, and you can text or call (614) 980-0599 anytime to get your full schedule.

  • We handle it. We reach out to the client, sort out a new time, and update your calendar. You don't have to be in the middle of it.
