All coaches must verify their identity through our payment processor (government ID and SSN verification). We encourage parents to review coach profiles, certifications, and reviews from other families before booking.

Yes! After each lesson, you'll receive an email inviting you to rate your experience and leave a review. This helps other families make informed decisions and helps coaches improve.

Coaches never receive your phone number or email address directly (we facilitate all communication) unless you give them your number directly.

Payment & Billing

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

You'll need a card on file to book a lesson, but you're not charged until after the lesson is completed. This protects both you and the coach - if the lesson doesn't happen, you're not charged.

Yes. We use Stripe, a bank-level secure payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. We never store your full credit card number on our servers. Your card is kept securely on file and only charged after completed lessons.

Yes. You'll receive an email receipt after each completed lesson, and you can view all your payment history in your account dashboard.

No. You pay only the coach's listed rate after the lesson is completed. There are no additional booking fees, service charges, or upfront payments.

If a lesson is cancelled (by you or your coach), your card is never charged. There's no payment to refund because we only charge for completed lessons.

You can cancel three ways:
Online: Click the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email
Text: Text (614) 980-0599 with your booking confirmation number

Since we only charge after lessons are completed, cancellations are simple:
Cancel with proper notice (per your coach's policy, typically 24-48 hours): No charge
Late cancellation or no-show: You may be charged per your coach's cancellation policy
