You'll need a card on file to book a lesson, but you're not charged until after the lesson is completed. This protects both you and the coach - if the lesson doesn't happen, you're not charged.

Since we only charge after lessons are completed, cancellations are simple:
Cancel with proper notice (per your coach's policy, typically 24-48 hours): No charge
Late cancellation or no-show: You may be charged per your coach's cancellation policy

Each coach's cancellation policy is displayed on their profile page and in your booking confirmation email. Most coaches require 24-48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

If your coach needs to cancel, you'll receive immediate notification via email and text. Since you're not charged until after the lesson, there's nothing to refund - your card is simply not charged. We'll help you rebook with the same coach or find a different one.

If your coach is more than 15 minutes late without communication, contact us immediately at (614) 980-0599. Your card will not be charged, and we'll help you find a replacement coach for your next lesson.

Since we charge after lessons are completed, refunds are rare. However, if you're charged for a lesson that didn't occur, contact us at support@mycoachcenter.com or (614) 980-0599. We'll investigate and process refunds back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days if warranted.

Weather cancellations are handled by each individual coach. Some offer indoor alternatives, while others will reschedule. If the lesson is cancelled due to weather, you won't be charged. Text or call (614) 980 0599 to ask about your coach’s about their weather policy.
Using the Platform

No! You can book lessons without creating an account. Just provide your name, email, and payment information when booking. We'll send all confirmations and receipts to your email, and you can manage bookings by calling or texting (614) 980-0599.

Yes! When booking, just let us know which child the lesson is for. You can book lessons for multiple children using the same email and payment method.

Yes. You can book and pay for lessons on behalf of anyone. Just make sure to include the athlete's information when booking.
